* EAT WHOLE WHEAT BREAD AND BISCUITS
* DO NOT OVERCOOK FOOD
* TAKE AT LEAST 4-5 SERVINGS OF FRUITS AND VEGETABLES IN YOUR DAILY DIET
* RAISINS, DRIED WHOLE PULSES AND SPROUTS ARE GOOD SOURCES OF FIBER.
