in the nubness of life
in the darkness of light
in the hatred of love
i search for my soul
in the quiet little laughter
n the noisy silences
in the lonliness of crowds
i search for my soul
in the warmth of your touch
in the calmness of your eyes
in the depth of your quiets
i search for my soul
i know u have seen me
your love radiates from within
but am i worth you
i have yet to decide…
some questions unasked
and answers to find
i have yet to decide
so i search for my soul

There are a number of back pain causes, but two of the most common causes concerning the disc are disc injury and degenerative disc. Disc degeneration is linked to water content loss that leads to narrowing of the gap between two vertebrae. This results in pinching of a nerve leading to pain. Bulging discs are normally confused with ruptured discs, which is not a fact. Bulging discs are normal, whereas ruptured discs can be serious. Discs may bulge during the day due to the weight of the body that they endure and get back to normal at night when they are rested. On the other hand, ruptured discs are damaged discs. The damage is caused by leakage of nucleus pulposus, a jelly like substance.
Back Pain Causes of the Mid-Back
Maintaining poor posture or sitting in one position for a considerably long time can cause mid-back pain. A chair that does not support the back properly can also lead to mid-back pain. People under heavy stress can also experience pain at the back. Worry and anxiety are known to be major back pain causes.
You could be having a slipped disc or spinal joint problem, if bending or twisting results in pain. Pain in the mid-back can also occur if the muscle is injured due to sports activity. Muscle pulls are a common occurrence among sportsmen. Muscular pain is among the common back pain causes which people handling weights experience.
Regular exercise, which should include stretching, flexibility, and muscle toning exercise, coupled with healthy diet, will ensure a strong and healthy back.

It looks like the whole of America is in the grip of the outsourcing fever. Don’t you think the world has gone small in size with the globalization of economy due to cheap and quick communication systems? Outsourcing has opened up the job world by offering jobs to people living abroad due to economic reasons and other special skills the locals may not have. What works in its favor is that outsourcing works out to be cheaper in terms of labor and other business costs.
Outsourcing - the Advantages
If you are an American, you may have another perspective, but the fact is that nations are benefiting from outsourcing though at the cost of local jobs. While it might be good for someone, it is bad for others.
The major companies in the US are outsourcing projects because one - it is economically viable, and two - special skills are available in countries where they have entered outsourcing contracts. The other two very pertinent reasons are that taxes in the US are relatively very high, and so is the wage structure. Both the factors contribute to company expenditure in a big way.
What makes India the most sought after outsourcing destination is its cheaper skilled labor and lower tax rate. Now, a US company can produce goods and services at relatively lower costs and sell it at a lower price. For outsourcing companies, it is easy to beat the competition by selling low and making high profits. Consumers in America benefit as they get to buy high standard products and services at lower prices.
We have got to educate ourselves to be able to compete with the world education standards, otherwise jobs will continue to slip out of our hands.

Even if you maintain a clean home, you are not ensured of a dust free environment. You and your family are open to dust allergy, which may lead to itchy eyes and running nose the whole year round. Dust may trigger an attack in people suffering from asthma.
No place is absolutely free from dust, and no amount of care can prevent dust from triggering an allergic reaction. Your furniture upholstery, building material, and pets carry dust particles that contribute to dust allergy. The constituents of dust particles are animal dander, dust mites, bacteria, human skin elements, fabric fibers, mold spores, food particles, and the like. Any of these are capable of triggering allergic reactions.
Dust mite waste is very minute and travels in the air when disturbed. Walking on the carpet or a tap on the bed propels dust mite waste in the air. You are likely to develop symptoms of allergy when you inhale these particles. Your vacuum cleaner may fail to completely remove dust particles from the inner layers of your carpet.
How to Keep Dust Mite Population under Control
It is best to keep your home as clean as you possibly can. Removing carpets from your home will prevent dust mites from breeding, since rugs and carpets are a very fertile dust mite breeding ground. Make use of flooring that can be kept clean. Upholstered furniture attracts dust; so, wooden chairs and leather sofas are better options. The furniture you use should be plain to facilitate easy cleaning. Furniture with intricate designs attracts dust and is not that easy to clean.
The best way to prevent dust allergy is to avoid dust and dusty places. Keep indoors on a windy day. Prevention is the best cure against dust allergy.
